Today, August 10, 2009, I drove one hour each way to attend a Chapter 7 341 meeting of creditors for only one case. My clients noticed that most attorneys with only one case on the calender hired a contract attorney. Although remaining in the office would have been the better economic decision for me, I promise all of my clients personal attention if possible with my busy calendar. Theyfelt much less anxiety because of my action today.
My goal is to attend ninety percent of my own hearings in person leaving a small number attended by contract attorneys.
Feel free to contact me for an appointment at (770)345-9449
